Jamaaliday Gift #23 + Ornament Light Strand + Graphics!

Hey jammers! Panda here again! ^.^ Sorry, I've posted wayyy too much over the last day or two, and you're probably sick of me. :P

Despite that, you might not have seen my post about commissions reopening! So if you've been wanting a custom edit, just head on over to the Commissions page!

The daily advent gift for today is the gingerbread wings:

I really like this item--the colors and shape of the wings are great! ^.^ Just a fun fact for all of you new jammers out there: these wings were the advent present on Christmas day last year.

And in Jam Mart Furniture, the newest item is the ornament light strand:

I really like the ornament light strand and the colors it comes in as well. I just wish it were for all jammers... :(

So, I've also prepared two graphics for you today!

Please give credit when using these graphics! Thanks!

I really like how the 2016 graphics turned out but... isn't that penguin one just precious? ^.^ I wish non-members could buy penguin pets--if they could, basically all of my pet slots would be full of them.

Alright jammers! That's it for this post! Again, make sure to order up some commissions!

Horned Leg Pads + Strong Penguins + Views + Party? + New Poll + Sunday Fun + DE!

Hey jammers! ^.^ Sorry that I couldn't post a chapter of Fate yesterday... I was giving my main website, The Dancing Panda a little makeover. ^.^

The new item is the horned leg pads in Jam Mart Clothing!

I've never cared much for this item, seeing as it's so small... but at least our hopes and prayers for a non-member item today worked! ^.^

Haha, have you seen the "strong penguins" strolling around Jamaa lately? Well, if you wear horned armor on a penguin, it sure looks like your penguin has been lifting some heavy weights lately!

I noticed that we've reached 25,000 views! Wow... never in my wildest dreams did I expect that many! I'll post the 20,000 views story contest on the Contest Blog a bit later today. ^.^

Speaking of views... should I host a special 25,000 views party? There hasn't been an AJGC party in a long while... comment what you think!

There is a new poll on the sidebar, so make sure to check that out and vote!

For today's Sunday Fun, I'll be posting about animal conservation and the ways you can help! Here we go!

Have you stopped by AJGC's Conservation page! There, you can learn about AJHQ's efforts to help save animals, and also grab some HTML coded buttons to pop onto your blog's sidebar to show your support! If you haven't checked it out recently, make sure to click here!

It's always fun to donate some gems to a big cat of your choice in the Conservation Museum!

If you want to wear your support wherever you go, maybe you'd like the Play Wild Pack! In the Play Wild Pack, you receive 10,000 gems for your account, 5 diamonds and a set of 5 Play Wild wristbands! Click here to buy the Play Wild Pack from Animal Jam Outfitters!

Do you know of any other fun ways you can donate to or help a species of animal? If you do, comment them down below!

Also, the winners for the art and science parts of the S.T.E.A.M. contest have been announced! Congrats to Eternal Majorruler and Princess Happyseal!

Boy, their animals look so cute! I wish that AJHQ would draw everyone's animal! That would be awesome! ^.^

But don't worry--you can still enter in the math category!

The inventions that everyone made for this were so adorable! My favorite has got to be the pet calculator, somewhere in the middle of this gif:

I hope you have a great Sunday!

Ciao, jammers!

RIM + Play Wild Website + Monday Animal Facts!

Hi jammers! Panda here! Ugh... I hate Mondays... but that does mean that there is a RIM in stores today!!

The RIM is the rare leprechaun top hat in Jam Mart Clothing...

Wow, AJHQ. I would like to know what thoughts went behind this "creative" new item.

It is 11:58 at AJHQ on Sunday night.

AJHQ Worker: Ugh, we haven't even made the new RIM for tomorrow!

Other AJHQ Worker: How about we just slap a "Rare" sign on one of the existing Lucky Day items?

AJHQ Worker: OMG YOU ARE LIKE, TOTALLY A GENIUS!!

The two workers stick a "Rare" sign on the leprechaun hat.

Other AJHQ Worker: Wow. The jammers will be SO amazed at our fantastic work and imagination!

Both workers high-five.

Yeah. That's my lame role-playing/parody for you. :P I don't want to be too hard on AJHQ though, since they spend hours working on awesome new updates for Jamaa, and maybe they were just too busy working on something else (maybe a new pet coming in this week's update?) to really pay attention to the RIM today.

Anyways...

THE PI DAY ITEMS ARE GONE!!!!! :world explodes and everything ends: Yup. But seriously, those Pi Day items were so cuteeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

Did you know that Play Wild has created a website? It is completely adorable. :hugs website: XD

There is even this awesome Play Wild Beta background!

So cute! I have to make graphics out of that background image... :eye twitches: Especially that adorable little white bunny at the back... :has spaz attack:

Okie. If you would like to view this website by yourself, click here!

For today's Monday Animal Facts, I will be focusing on one animal. I think I will do animal spotlights like this one instead of multiple animal facts, because it is way easier. :P

The spotlight is... PENGUINS!!

• Penguins are excellent swimmers. They can swim 15-20 miles per hour. They can keep their breath for 20 minutes and can dive deeper than any other bird.
• Natural predators of penguins are orcas, seals, sharks, snakes etc.
• Emperor and king penguins don't form nests for their eggs. The female lays one egg and the father takes care of it until it hatches. Then, the father will cover the egg with a flap of skin called a brood pouch. The egg must be kept warm from 8-10 weeks. During that time, the father doesn't eat. He can lose up to half of his body mass before the chick is hatched.
• Out of 18 known penguin species, 5 species are endangered.
• Penguins live between 15 and 20 years, depending on the species.

PENGUIN POWER!!! :D And here are some cute pictures of penguins:

Okay, I better get started on that disastrous, threatening, horrible, icky, awful, disgusting, useless, dreadful, terrible, horrific, ghastly, gruesome, vile, horrendous thing we call homework. :P Wow, I just listed a ton of synonyms for horrible and disgusting. XD

Ciao!

Heart Antennae and Heart Windows + Graphic!

*Note to Moondancer31: Your commission is in the previous post.*

Hi jammers! Too bad school starts again tomorrow... the only good news for me is that I will probably have a delay tomorrow and an almost definite snow day on Tuesday. :P

One of the new items is the heart antennae in Jam Mart Clothing!

This item is one of my all time favorites! ^.^ They look so adorable and bouncy and fun and... EPIC!!! XD They have a reasonable price, although I wish they were 200 - 250 gems instead of 300.

Another new item is the heart window in Jam Mart Furniture:

This is also a cute item. :) The heart window was for sale at the Friendship Party last year- I wonder why it was released in Jam Mart Furniture this year...

Speaking of the Friendship Party- I think AJHQ hates me. XD Every time I log on, the Friendship Party is either in 3 hours, or not even on the party list at all! >:O And it is my favorite party ever!!!

For Sunday's posting schedule, there will be a featured graphics post later, and in this post, there will be randomness.

Hmm... what to post, what to post....

Aha! I will post a graphic! Here it is...

by awesomepanda868

That graphic was in yesterday's Happy Movement segment, but I just felt like re-posting it. :P That new owl video has so many cute images for graphics! ^.^

And since that randomness was kind of lame, here is a collection of pretty nature backgrounds (that have nothing to do with AJ :P) I found on Google Images!

Okay jammers- make sure to send in any graphics you have quickly, because the Featured Graphics post will be going up soon! ^.^

Have an amazing day everyone! :D

Change of Plans + New Graphics

Hi jammers! I changed the template to a spring one earlier, but it was VERY slow, so I changed it back for now.

Here are a few new backgrounds that you can use without credit! ^.^

Yeah- they are pretty useless. :P

And here are a few new ones that I made from the new video (featuring owls) that AJHQ made!

by awesomepanda868

by awesomepanda868

These both took an extremely long time, and made my arm sore for an hour. >.< Since using them is so easy, and it was so hard to make them, credit is required.

Okay jammers- see you! ^.^
