@CookyCupcake
Here is Cooky's (Do you mind if I call you Cooky? Or would you prefer "Cupcake"? XD) commissioned header:
I hope that you like it! The Paper Banner font looked a little odd and strange when it was all black, so I added in pops of subtle color with the "+" signs! I hope you don't mind... I know you said that you wanted an all-black color scheme but I hope this is okay!

Hi guys! I am so happy you've decided to share your opinions on AJGC! Make sure to read/follow the following bullets:
- You guys probably know- no swearing, not even ***, no mocking or making fun of others and no judging.
- Free commenting (no moderation) is a privilege, if I see 1 inappropriate comment, comment moderation is turned on for all of you, sorry, I just don't want this to be an unsafe environment.
- If you are caught being mean to another viewer, you will have all of your comments deleted. You only have 2 chances before you are banned from ever having your comment appear again on the blog.
- I have absolutely no problem with you advertising your own blog/site in the comment section, I just request that you write an actual comment about the post or page before advertising your own site. Flat out advertising comments will not be deleted, but they make the comment area more of a spammy place- get what I mean?
- Please do not request diamond or membership codes. If you are looking for gem codes, then make sure to check out our Codes page. But if I catch you threatening another jammer, demanding a membership or diamond code, I will turn on comment moderation.
- When commenting anonymously, you must sign your username.
Sorry if these rules sounded harsh, I'm sure most of you already know the commenting rules, they are virtually the same for every blog.
Happy commenting!
I can be called cookycupcake, Cooky or C.C
ReplyDeleteThe header looks cool, Panda! You are very talented! What program do you use to edit? Also, do you download all of the fonts that you use?
ReplyDeleteThank you! <3
DeleteI use Photoshop most of the time (especially for signatures and buttons) but sometimes use PicMonkey for headers (which I used here).
And yes, I download all of the fonts! I went through a phase a year ago where I downloaded literally 8 fonts per day for about a month. :P So I have TONS of fonts on my computer, which makes typing essays, making commissions and creating documents much more interesting! If you're looking for some cool fonts, check out AJGC's commission font book, though many of the fonts that I have aren't included on there, because I've forgotten to edit it in awhile. XD

Thanks for the info! I love the fonts so I was just curious, haha! I bet my parents won't let me get Photoshop because I saw on your graphics presentation (that was my inspiration for commenting!) that Photoshop was paid and downloaded, I think.
DeleteYes, unfortunately Photoshop costs money, and now they only offer it as a $10/month subscription, so it's a pretty big commitment/investment! However, if you're really into graphic design and creating edits, perhaps you can persuade them to buy you Photoshop Elements 13 (which is a one-time payment of about $40-100 depending on where you buy it) or (if you have an older Mac or a PC with a disk drive/slot in it) you can ask them for the disc-version of Photoshop, which you can find on Amazon!
